Job summary

Noma Security seeks a Senior Customer Solutions Architect to own strategic post-sales relationships and mature customers’ AI security and governance programs. You will bridge technical depth with executive-level guidance, influencing deployment roadmaps, success plans, and platform expansion while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing cybersecurity roles, with hands-on engineering or architecture scope.
• Proven ownership of enterprise customer strategy and technical outcomes across discovery, deployment, and adoption.
• Strong depth to scope deployments, read API docs and logs, and discuss findings with R&D.
• Expertise in modern AI technologies: generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and development pipelines.
• Confidently engage CISOs and AI governance teams; translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Experience at an early-stage cybersecurity company with fast-evolving product and accounts ownership.
• Familiar with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP, MITRE ATLAS, and new AI regulation.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationships for a focused portfolio of enterprise customers and lead across stakeholders.
• Build deployment roadmaps and success plans with phased owners and target dates; run quarterly reviews.
• Translate customer priorities into practical implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
• Scope deployments, review architectures and integration requirements, and escalate with clear findings.
• Drive adoption and platform expansion by identifying additional workloads and coordinating with Sales.
