Qualifications

• Hands-on consulting and solution implementation for major software domains including CRM.
• Experience in energy, utilities, and telecommunications industries, preferably in AU/NZ.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
• Act as lead architect coordinating multiple architects on the team.
• Support planning and implementation in close collaboration with the customer.
• Mentor diverse teams and contribute to internal initiatives.
