Job summary

Simpro is building the AI-first operating platform for the trades. The Senior AI Sales Executive will lead expansion of Pulse into our warm customer base, selling ROI to owners, CFOs and ops leads, and owning large, complex expansion deals across the customer base.

You’ll engage in high-volume conversations, demos and closes, while mentoring peers and shaping how the team sells. This quota-driven role rewards strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration across product and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a quota track record
• Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals quickly and at volume
• Executive presence – credible with owners and CFOs
• Technical curiosity – you go beyond the demo script into workflows and integration logic
• Experience lifting the performance of peers or junior sellers
• Field service, trades, construction or vertical SaaS experience – a big plus
• Strong Salesforce discipline

Responsibilities

• Own the biggest, most complex AI expansion deals across our customer base
• Sell to business owners, CFOs and ops leads – tying Pulse and our wider AI portfolio straight to margin and operational ROI
• Self-source pipeline through sharp outbound into high-value, non-managed accounts
• Be the go-to product expert – deeper than anyone on integration, configuration and real business impact
• Coach and mentor our AI Sales Executives on live deals, demos, discovery and objection handling
• Bring the voice of the customer back to product, marketing and leadership
• Carry – and smash – a senior quota.
