Job summary

Simpro Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior AI Sales Executive to lead high-value AI expansion deals within our existing customer base. You will be the go-to expert on Pulse integration, and you will drive multi-stakeholder deals with owners, CFOs and ops leaders to deliver clear ROI.

Responsibilities include self-sourcing a strong pipeline, coaching peers, and shaping how sales teams respond to AI-driven opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a quota track record
• History of closing multi-stakeholder deals quickly and at volume
• Executive presence credible with owners and CFOs
• Technical curiosity beyond the demo into workflows and integration
• Experience lifting performance of peers or junior sellers
• Field service, trades, construction or vertical SaaS experience a big plus
• Strong Salesforce (or similar) discipline

Pulse changes that. It's our AI receptionist, built directly inside Simpro, that answers every inbound call 24/7 and drops the booking straight into the live schedule for the team to confirm. No missed after-hours calls. No jobs walking out the door to competitors.

We're going all-in on AI for the trades, and Pulse is at the front of it. We're looking for a Senior AI Sales Executive to lead the charge.

What You'll Do

Why this role is different

• Expansion, not cold slog. You'll sell into our existing customer base - businesses that already run on Simpro and trust us. The integration story sells itself; your job is to make the ROI undeniable.
• 5-day sales cycle. Discovery Monday, signed by Friday. If you love momentum and hate deals that drag for quarters, this is your kind of role.
• High volume, high reward. Lots of conversations, lots of demos, lots of closes. Busy weeks mean big commission cheques.
• You set the bar. This is the senior seat on our AI sales team. Your deals, your instincts and your playbook shape how everyone else sells.
