Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a quota track record.
• Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals quickly and at volume.
• Executive presence with owners and CFOs.
• Technical curiosity beyond the demo script into workflows and integration logic.
• Experience lifting the performance of peers or junior sellers.
• Field service, trades, construction or vertical SaaS experience is a big plus.

• Self-source pipeline through sharp outbound into high-value, non-managed accounts.
• Be the go-to product expert – deeper than anyone on integration, configuration and real business impact.
• Coach and mentor our AI Sales Executives on live deals, demos, discovery and objection handling.
• Bring the voice of the customer back to product, marketing and leadership.
• Carry – and smash – a senior quota.
