Job summary

Cresta is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to deploy and optimize AI agents for real‑world customer deployments. You’ll work with clients and internal engineers to integrate agents with external systems, ensure secure and scalable solutions, and improve performance across multi‑channel platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software/AI engineering, strong Python and Go skills, experience with LLMs, APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in software development/AI/ML engineering or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Python and Go, with familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s platform.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems via APIs, databases, and CRMs.
• Tune prompts, configurations and monitor performance in enterprise environments.
• Gather requirements from customers and translate to AI Agent solutions.
• Deliver demos and proof-of-concepts; coordinate with teams for implementation.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.
