Cresta is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build and deploy state-of-the-art AI agents, integrate with external systems, and ensure reliable, scalable deployments. You’ll collaborate with customers, software and ML engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

You’ll apply LLMs, prompt engineering, and data-driven practices to optimize performance, security, and cost, while working with PMs and engineers to shape product capabilities and ROI.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-time software development/AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with clean, efficient code.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making for refining solutions.
• Collaborative mindset working with PMs and engineers to solve client problems.

Mansioni

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s platform.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems (APIs, databases, CRMs).
• Fine-tune prompts and configurations; troubleshoot in enterprise environments.
• Gather technical requirements from customers and translate into solutions.
• Conduct demos and proofs-of-concepts for prospective customers.
• Define milestones, build implementation plans, and coordinate cross‑team execution.
• Collaborate with PMs to align agent goals and product capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.
