Cresta is advancing AI agents for contact centers, combining LLMs with practical deployments. As an AI Agent Engineer, you’ll build, integrate, and optimize agents that solve real customer problems, working with customers and engineers to deliver high‑impact deployments.

You’ll design scalable architectures, fine‑tune prompts, and ensure secure, cost‑effective integration with external systems. Strong coding, collaboration, and data‑driven decision making are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang; strong engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s platform.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Fine‑tune prompts and configurations for performance in enterprise environments.
• Gather requirements from customers and translate them into AI Agent solutions.
• Conduct interactive demos and iteratively refine solutions based on feedback.
• Coordinate milestones and work with PMs/engineers to deliver on time.
