Cresta is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to deploy and optimize AI agents for real-world customer deployments in Australia. You will work with customers and our software and ML engineers to deliver high-impact AI agent solutions that integrate with external systems and scale across enterprise environments.

You will use Python and Golang, engaging in cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration to turn customer problems into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development/AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with clean, efficient code.

Aufgaben

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s platform and tools.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems via APIs, databases, and CRMs.
• Optimize agent performance and troubleshoot issues in enterprise environments.
• Gather technical requirements with customers and translate them into AI solutions.
• Conduct interactive demos and refine solutions based on feedback and objectives.
• Define project milestones and coordinate execution with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
