Impact Talent is seeking a senior commercial broker to lead a small client-facing team. You will manage a portfolio of large commercial clients, drive new business, and mentor junior staff. This role requires a confident, relationship-focused professional who thrives on front-line client engagement.

You'll work with long-standing colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to growth through strategic placements, renewals and market negotiations. Hybrid work and structured induction are offered.

Qualifications

• Senior-level commercial broking experience.
• Confident in front of clients with a real appetite for new business.
• Outgoing personality and a team-first mindset.
• Winbeat experience is a plus.
• Construction experience is highly regarded.
• Tier 1 RG146 compliant.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a commercial portfolio of larger commercial clients.
• Lead your team and share the workload.
• Get on the phone and out to meetings with clients.
• Find and write new business.
• Handle renewals, placements and market negotiations.
• Work closely with the in-house claims team.
