Job summary

Hybrid is seeking an Account Manager in our Sydney office to manage a portfolio of key client accounts through full campaign lifecycles. You’ll build strong client relationships, drive renewals and uncover opportunities for growth while collaborating with the production, digital, editorial and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing, account management or sales role within an agency environment.
• Strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset.
• Interest and understanding of marketing, advertising and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising campaigns and support account management and production teams for a select group of clients.
• Guide prospects and clients through each stage of the account management process, from contract win to renewal.
• Contribute toward team revenue targets with a focus on client retention and account growth.
• Handle reporting alongside digital, editorial and design teams to ensure campaign success.
• Be the primary point of contact for client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Attend and help close new business appointments from Sales Development Representatives and re-engagement efforts.
