Bench Media is looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team as a Client Lead, taking ownership of key client relationships and delivering integrated media strategies that drive real business results.

We're seeking someone who can lead senior client conversations and turn smart thinking into meaningful outcomes, working closely with Strategy, Performance and Product teams to deliver great work and help our clients grow.

Qualifications

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead integrated media planning across traditional/ATL and digital channels.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
• Own key accounts with focus on retention, performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Performance and Product teams.
• Lead client presentations, strategic discussions and reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business pitches.
• Provide fresh industry insights to clients and Bench.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
