Pattern is a global ecommerce accelerator helping ambitious brands grow across performance media, marketplaces, and D2C channels. The Senior Account Manager will lead 7–8 high‑profile clients, build trusted relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication to drive measurable growth.

You will align campaigns with client goals, schedule work, manage timelines and budgets, and oversee multi‑channel delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital or full-service agency account management.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills using GA/GA4, Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel client campaigns.
• Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for 7-8 high-profile clients with proactive communication.
• Support channel teams with strategic direction aligned to client goals.
• Act as project manager: schedule work, manage timelines, ensure delivery across teams.
• Oversee campaign delivery across channels: scope, timelines, budgets, KPIs.
• Identify and present growth opportunities delivering measurable client impact.
