MAARS in Sydney is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 5–10 clients, lead a team of five Account Executives, and drive integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels. Qualifications

• Solid experience in media planning, strategy and client account management.
• Strong understanding of offline and digital media channels.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships across a diverse client portfolio.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Develop integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels.
• Oversee campaigns from planning through to optimisation and reporting.
• Identify commercial opportunities and challenge briefs with creative thinking.
• Mentor and develop junior Account Service team members.
• Work with media owners to negotiate effective solutions.
