Job summary

Beaumont Tiles in Sydney's Wetherill Park showroom is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select tiles, flooring and bathroomware and deliver outstanding service from concept to completion.

You will build relationships, assist with quotes and sales orders, and work with the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining showroom standards and up-to-date product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in our showroom.

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our Wetherill Park showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping customers select products that transform their spaces.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert product advice, and guide them through the selection process from concept to completion.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service in our showroom
• Assisting customers with tile, flooring, bathroomware and renovation selections
• Building strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Preparing quotes, sales orders and helping customers through the purchasing journey
• Maintaining product knowledge across our extensive range
• Supporting showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Following up customer enquiries and converting opportunities into sales

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating outstanding customer experiences.

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role

Experience within tiles, bathroomware, flooring, home improvement, interiors or building products will be highly regarded but is not essential.
