The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join the team at Beaumont Tiles Warners Bay. In this role, your exceptional customer service and design expertise will come to the fore, helping our clients create their dream spaces. This is a casual position based in our Warners Bay showroom. Ability to work most Saturdays is preferred.

• Engage with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences
• Provide expert advice on tile, stone and other flooring and wall covering products
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect products to suit their style and budget
• Manage the ordering and delivery process for customer projects
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the wider team to support the growth and success of the business

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a retail sales environment within the home improvement or home furnishings industry
• Strong product knowledge of tiles, natural stone, and/or bathroomware products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and translate customer needs
• Proficiency in design and the ability to create visually appealing design plans
• A demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
• A creative eye and passion for interior design and home improvement
