Engage Security Professionals in Melbourne is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new client acquisition and growth across security guarding, mobile patrol and alarm response services. You will identify opportunities, lead negotiations, and expand accounts with a proactive, results-focused approach.

We value a strong track record in B2B sales, ability to work independently, and a strategic mindset to develop markets and deliver revenue growth for diverse security offerings.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' proven business development or sales experience.
• Strong track record of winning new business.
• Confident in cold calling, prospecting and generating own leads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and a results-driven attitude.
• Experience identifying upselling and contract expansion opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Experience selling security services or other contracted B2B services is highly regarded.
