Job summary

Infront Security is seeking a casual Security Operations team member to fill a supervisory role with rostering and site-based Security Officer duties. The successful applicant will work a combination of day and night shifts and have opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, responding to complaints, rostering staff, handling incident reports, and delivering site inductions while maintaining WHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current QLD Security Licence.
• Must hold a current QLD Drivers Licence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IR systems and processes.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct random audits of onsite security personnel and take corrective action as required.
• Respond to complaints and escalate as needed.
• Roster staff at short notice using a rostering system.
• Respond to incident reports prepared by staff.
• Conduct site inductions in line with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with WHS obligations.
• Provide detailed end-of-shift reports.
• Be familiar with client SOPs and procedures.
• Perform security officer duties across multiple sites.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the Infront Security Operations Team. This is a casual position with a variety of duties. The successful applicant will be required to work a combination of day and night shifts based on operational requirements. This position is comprised of supervisory duties, rostering duties and Security Officer duties, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct random audits of onsite Security personnel and take corrective action where required
  
• Respond to any complaints and Escalate as required
  
• Roster staff at short notice using a computer based rostering system
  
• Respond to incident reports compiled by staff
  
• Conduct Security Site Inductions in accordance with Client requirements
  
• Ensure compliance with all WHS obligations
  
• Provide detailed end of shift reports
  
• Be conversant with all client SOPs
  
• Perform regular Security Officer duties on various sites
  

Requirements

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work autonomously. You must be a self-motivated people person, with good problem-solving abilities and supervisory experience.
