Job summary

Glad Group in Australia is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team and support premier brands and clients. You will perform patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents with a proactive, service-focused approach.

The role offers day shift options and the chance to be cross-trained across security functions. Successful applicants will have a current Security Licence, First Aid certificate, and the ability to work on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Retail or Corporate experience required or preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Experience in customer service is desired.
• Current valid Security Licence required.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Available to work on a rotating roster (Day and Night).
• Certificates in Security Operations or Working with Children Check are desirable but not essential.

We are currently looking for the best of the best Security team members to join us working withsome of Australia’s most recognisable brands and clients.

As a security officer you will:

• Demonstrateexceptionalsecurity service standards
• Conductdetailed checks and comprehensive patrols
• Monitor site for safety and security breaches
• Performcontrol room operations
• Observe CCTV monitoring
• Perform other duties as required

You’ll work as part of a strong team and have the opportunity to be cross trained in all areas.

We are looking for someone who will always have a can do and proactive attitude - a future Glad Group team member is someone who is passionate about delivering service excellence for our Clients.

Working Hours:

Permanent Day Rover: 06:00 - 18:00 (3/4 shifts)

To join us, you will have:

• Retail and or Corporate experience
• Ability to work as a team player
• Be well presented with excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer service
• Previous Control room experience or similar experience
• Current valid Security Licence
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Available to work on a rotating roster (Day and Night)

To join us, you also ideally have but not essential:

• Certificates in Security Operations
• Working with Children Check
