Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Business Manager to lead the delivery of security services across a growing client portfolio. This full-time role reports to the State Operations Manager and focuses on growing revenue, improving operational effectiveness, and building high-performing teams.

You will manage multi-site operations, oversee rostering and contractual obligations, and work with Commercial, Finance and FP&A teams on forecasting, budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple sites and large teams in security operations.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rostering, contracts, HR/IR matters and compliance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including costing and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing teams across locations, including performance management and coaching.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Managing day-to-day security operations, audits, incidents, and compliance.
• Ensuring services meet contractual requirements, rosters, and pricing.
• Supporting quotes, tenders, pricing and costing activities.
• Collaborating with Finance and FP&A on forecasting and reporting.
• Providing reporting and insights to clients and senior management.
