• Represent Certis professionally at a wide range of events

• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
• De‑escalate conflict situations calmly and confidently
• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

What You’ll Need

• Valid ACT Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Previous customer service or security experience (preferred, not essential)
