Certis Security Australia is seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers to deliver high-quality security services in Sydney CBD. You will help maintain a safe environment through patrols, monitoring, access control, and incident response while providing a professional, customer-focused presence.

Qualifications

• Must have Security Licence, Classification 1A (Unarmed Guarding).
• Valid First Aid Certificate (3 years validity) with current CPR Certificate (1 year validity).
• Ability to clear an Australian Police Check.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
• Confidence using security systems and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine patrols and security checks.
• Perform alarm response and incident management.
• Maintain control room and site security operations.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems.
• Identify and respond to suspicious behaviour or incidents.
• Maintain accurate surveillance records.
• Escort visitors, contractors, and personnel.
• Monitor movement of goods and deliveries.
• Respond to security breaches and alarms.
• Support emergency evacuation and incident coordination.
• Liaise with emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation; ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.

Contract: Permanent full time

Pay Rate:SSIA Level3

Shift Pattern:Day and Night shift
