Qualifications

• Experience coordinating electronic security, fire or similar trade services.
• Strong job management system skills; familiarity with simPRO is a big advantage.
• Ability to chase tasks and deadlines without prompting.
• Comfort dealing with technicians, suppliers and clients with accuracy.
• Organised multitasking across multiple sites and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own simPRO end to end: jobs, quotes, purchase orders, scheduling, timesheets and invoicing
• Schedule technicians across client sites and keep the calendar honest
• Raise and track purchase orders, chase supplier lead times and keep jobs moving
• Turn completed work into invoices quickly and accurately, and follow up outstanding
• Track job costs against quoted values and flag variations before they get absorbed
• Maintain asset registers, service histories and site documentation for maintenance clients
• Keep quotes moving through the pipeline and follow up the ones that go quiet
• Coordinate compliance paperwork: licences, insurances, inductions and safety documentation
• Be the first point of contact for clients on job status and scheduling
