Job summary

Business Show Media in Sydney is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our expanding commercial team. You will identify potential clients, initiate outreach and qualify opportunities for the sales team, with training provided and a clear path to progression.

You’ll work from the Sydney CBD office in a full-time role, earning a $60,000 base salary plus super, uncapped commission, and a realistic first-year OTE of $100,000+. Ambition and coachability are valued highly.

Qualifications

• No long sales CV required and an openness to learn.
• Attitude, energy and willingness to develop are valued.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify businesses that could benefit from our events.
• Initiate conversations with decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify opportunities for the sales team and book meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor personal pipeline.
• Take part in coaching and development sessions and support the team at events.
