Job summary

Guardian Living Australia (GLA) is seeking a Tenancy Officer to join our Housing Management team in a hybrid role based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast. You will support tenants across NSW and QLD, ensuring a smooth move-in and ongoing tenancy experience in SDA homes.

You will manage tenancy documentation, support SDA claims, coordinate maintenance, and be a warm point of contact for participants, families and support coordinators.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy, property or social and community housing.
• Understanding of tenancy legislation and SDA processes is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tenancy and SDA documents in line with legislation.
• Manage tenancy inbox and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Support SDA endorsements and rent tracking across systems.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor administration.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare routine reports.
