Job summary

MyLife Housing and MyLife Community Housing in Sydney seek a Tenancy & Asset Coordinator to manage SDA and Affordable Housing tenancies, coordinate inspections, and support residents. You will work under the Tenancy & Asset Manager, handling property matters, documentation and compliance.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, well-organised, and able to travel across Sydney, Central Coast, Bathurst and Illawarra; NSW driver license required; screening checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated SDA and Affordable Housing properties and tenancies.
• Coordinate move-in through to vacate, including reports and inspections.
• Build relationships with residents and provide timely tenancy and maintenance support.
• Support maintenance team with repairs and liaising with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate tenancy and property information in systems (MRI Palace, Reapit PM).
• Coordinate with NDIS participants and support providers for SDA portfolio.
• Engage with residents across housing portfolios to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Travel to properties within the portfolio and represent the organisation at events.
