Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people with disability.
• Ability to work independently from home with regular team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within South-East Queensland.
• Familiarity with the NDIS framework, or a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to SDA participants, families, SIL providers, and property owners.
• Conduct property inspections and viewings across your region.
• Process lease renewals and owner approvals where required.
• Support maintenance coordination and tenancy vacates.
• Assist with rent arrears management and payment plans.
• Promote available properties and fill vacancies by matching participants with SDA homes.
• Ensure SDA services meet NDIS standards and tenancy requirements.
• Maintain documentation to support compliance and funding claims.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and analytics for the team.
