Job summary

Guardian Living Australia (GLA) is seeking a Tenancy Officer to join the Housing Management team in Fitzroy, Melbourne, on a hybrid arrangement. You will ensure tenants have a smooth move-in, consistent experiences, and ongoing tenancy support.

The role covers SDA claims, documentation, and liaison with families, coordinators and service providers. You will manage onboarding, tenancy queries, and records while maintaining adherence to Victorian tenancy legislation and NDIS SDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Real estate licence required or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Understanding of NDIS SDA guidelines and tenancy legislation.
• Attention to detail with data entry and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenancy agreements, onboarding documents and SDA residency agreements.
• Respond to enquiries and maintain tenancy records and plan renewals.
• Assist SDA claims, rent tracking, and data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor administration.
• Draft tenant notices and monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Housing Manager, Facilities, Finance and plan managers.
