Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering quality customer service via verbal and digital channels.
• Strong focus on customer service with handling sensitive issues.

• Competency with personal computers and software; can learn system-based processes.
• Well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from students, families, schools and contractors with empathy and professionalism.
• Process student transport assistance applications and conveyance allowance claims.
• Assist with administration of school bus contracts and prepare correspondence and documentation.
• Support research tasks and collaborate with the Schoolbuses Branch to deliver timely, accurate service.
