We are seeking a friendly and motivated team member to support the Schoolbuses Branch of the Public Transport Authority (PTA). In this rewarding role, you will assist students, families, schools, and contractors by responding to enquiries, processing student transport assistance applications and conveyance allowance claims, and helping to resolve questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys a mix of customer service and administrative work, and is comfortable using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office. You will support the administration of school bus contracts, prepare correspondence and documentation, assist with research tasks, and work closely with a supportive team.
