Job summary

Public Transport Authority in Western Australia seeks an organised administrator to provide high‑level administrative and coordination support for a major organisational transformation. You will manage meetings, prepare reports and presentations, track actions and be a key point of contact for stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are seeking a someone with a high-level administrative and coordination support to a significant organisational transformation initiative. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused administrator with exceptional organisational, communication and relationship-building skills. In this varied role, you will support day‑to‑day program operations, coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain program records and information systems, assist with financial and procurement administration, and ensure stakeholders receive timely and professional support. About You!

To excel in this role, you should possess:

We are seeking applicants with a minimum of four years' demonstrated experience in a program support, project support, governance, executive support or similar administrative coordination role.

There is currently one fixed term full‑time opportunity available to Friday, 30 June 2028, with the possibility of renewal. A part‑time arrangement may be considered for the right applicant. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies on a fixed term or permanent basis that may arise within the next 12 months

To be eligible to work at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa until 30/06/2028.
