The University of Western Australia is seeking a Scholarship Officer to coordinate designated scholarships across the annual cycle, process applications, support assessments, administer offers and handle financial reporting. This full-time ongoing appointment offers a diverse, student-centred environment within the Directorate of Student Success and Progression.

Competenze

• A relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency with substantial administrative experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse stakeholders in a complex service environment.
• Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, professional advice.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing work, meet deadlines and maintain records.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills to work independently and contribute within a team.

• Coordinate designated scholarships across the annual cycle, including promotion, application processing, assessment support, offers, financial administration and reporting.
• Provide accurate, timely information and procedural advice to students and colleagues, escalating complex matters when required.
