Job summary

The University of Western Australia invites applications for a Scholarships Coordinator to manage the annual scholarship cycle, intake, offers and reporting. You will provide timely, student-focused information and work closely with staff and external partners to ensure equity, merit and donor-funded scholarship administration.

You will support team operations, contribute to process improvements and training, while delivering high-quality customer service in a complex educational environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse stakeholders.
• Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Initiative and problem-solving ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and provide clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designated Scholarships across the annual cycle, including promotion, application processing and reporting.
• Provide accurate information and procedural advice to students, staff, external agencies and suppliers.
• Support daily team operations, maintain procedures, and assist with training on processes and systems.
