You will provide clear guidance to students and staff, escalating complex matters where required.

The role supports daily team operations, contributes to procedural improvements, and helps train colleagues on established processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional advice.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designated scholarships across the annual cycle, including promotion, application processing, assessment support, offers, financial administration and reporting.
• Provide accurate, timely and student-focused information to students, University colleagues and partners, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Support daily team operations, maintain procedures and contribute to continuous improvement and training on processes and systems.
