Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex administrative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical reasoning skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional advice and respond to complex enquiries.
• Knowledge of domestic and international education systems and qualification frameworks.
• Strong digital literacy across business systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process domestic and international students undergraduate and postgraduate applications.
• Review applications through to offer generation and issuance.
• Evaluate academic qualifications and calculate GPAs.
• Assess English language proficiency.
