Your Nursing Care Pty in Hervey Bay is seeking a Scheduling / Rostering Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (18 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement. You will coordinate and maintain staff rosters across Nursing and Support Services, manage staff availability and leave, and respond to scheduling changes to ensure continuity of care.
Experience in rostering or scheduling within disability, aged care, or healthcare is highly regarded.
Your Nursing Care is growing, and we're looking for a Scheduling / Rostering Officer to join our team in Hervey Bay.
This position will commence at 18 hours per week on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for increased and additional hours as operational needs arise.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and will support the day-to-day scheduling and coordination across our Community Nursing, Support Services and Training Centre teams.
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing competing priorities. You'll need strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to think ahead in a busy community care environment.
Previous experience in rostering, scheduling or administration within disability, aged care, community services or healthcare is highly regarded.
Proficiency with rostering software (Astalty or Shiftcare).
