O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is expanding and seeking motivated people to join our Victoria team. You will coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews, liaise with customers to lock in bookings, and keep job management systems up to date.

This role is ideal for someone with scheduling/dispatch experience who thrives under pressure. We offer structured training, a safety-first culture, and opportunities to contribute to Victoria's shift to renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• You’ll need experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination (highly regarded).
• Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confident on the phone and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiar with scheduling / job management software.

• Handy with scheduling / job management software (or quick to pick it up)
• Calm under pressure, sorts problems instead of sitting on them
