Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established, rapidly growing business in Hills District/Western Sydney. This is a 6-month temporary full-time position with one day work from home (Tuesdays) and onsite parking close to public transport.

The successful candidate will handle P2P processing, high-volume invoice workflows, GRIR reconciliations, and SAP system maintenance, with 2+ years AP experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounts payable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP is a must-have
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience handling large volumes of transactions
• Proven GRIR and supplier invoice reconciliation experience

Responsibilities

• Process P2P: raise requisitions and goods receipts
• Manage high-volume invoice workflows and 3-way matching
• Lead GRIR reconciliations and supplier statement investigations
• Maintain SAP scheduling agreements and framework orders
• Process accurate stock adjustments where required
