Job summary

Randstad in Glebe, NSW 2037, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 3-month temporary assignment with 3-4 days of work-from-home flexibility. You will process a high volume of invoices, maintain creditor accounts, and support stakeholders across the organisation.

The ideal candidate has 4 years in accounts payable, a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification or relevant work experience.
• Experience in accounts payable with a proven track record of high volume invoice processing.
• Experience with large ERP systems; Dynamics 365 advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process a large volume of invoices and claims with proper approvals and documentation.
• Maintain creditor accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Support compliance with organisational policies and improve procedures where possible.
• Utilise Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reporting and reconciliation tasks.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
