Job summary

The Department of Education & Training, Victoria invites an experienced Business Analyst to join the Corporate Services Division. You will work across the One VCAA portal and related systems, translating user needs into stories, rules and data requirements.

You will document requirements, support testing, and help adoption of Salesforce-based solutions. Strong collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders is essential, as you help identify gaps, maintain traceability, and ensure changes

Qualifications

• Essential: Elicit and document requirements; map processes.
• Essential: CRM/Salesforce exposure; translate needs to stories and rules.
• Desirable: Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand current processes and user needs; translate to user stories.
