• Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation with internal and external teams
• Analytical mindset; able to analyze multiple data sources and provide insights

• Tracking and evaluating reporting needs and advising on value-add metrics
• Ability to make fast, actionable data-driven decisions
• Take initiative and communicate needs confidently
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience
• Flexibility to step outside defined role
• Excellent verbal and written communication; clear cross-functional communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced agile team environment

Responsibilities

• Documenting baseline information and requirements
• Developing and defining project roadmaps / workstreams in conjunction with program lead and delivery teams
• Tracking delivery progress of documented To Be requirements
• Liaising with teams, managers and stakeholders

• Solving issues during testing
• Ad hoc items as required
