Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Sydney

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business processes into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
• Analyze and recommend solutions leveraging PSS data models, Experience Cloud portals, FSL scheduling, and Salesforce Shield security features.
• Support solution architects and developers with clarifications during design and build.
• Conduct system demos, UAT support, and training sessions with business users.
• Ensure solutions comply with public sector standards, security, and governance requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and end users.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Public Sector Solutions and government processes.
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud (community/portal use cases), FSL (workforce/service management), and Shield (encryption, monitoring, compliance).
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification preferred; PSS/Experience Cloud certification a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale public sector transformation programs.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO).
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
