Job summary

YatesGroup in Australia is seeking a Business Support Manager to keep the field sales team connected, organized and equipped to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll work with the National Sales Manager, field reps, customers and internal teams to coordinate enquiries, orders, promotions, launches and seasonal campaigns.

This role owns the annual price rise process, CRM data quality and sales reporting, turning accurate information and strong coordination into practical support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service or a similar business support role, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills across phone, email and digital channels.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong attention to detail.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with the initiative to coordinate issues through to resolution and work confidently across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer enquiries, orders, promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Own the annual price rise process, CRM data quality and sales reporting.
• Provide practical support to the field sales team and internal teams.
