Page Executive is seeking a Senior National Sales Manager to lead the transformation of the Yates and Seasol field teams across Australia. You will drive a data-led go-to-market model, restructure coverage, and unite store calls with AI-powered insights.

Based in Melbourne with national travel, you will coach Regional Sales Managers, align with national accounts, and deliver strong sales outcomes through a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Significant field sales leadership experience across a geographically spread team.
• Proven track record transforming sales teams through restructure or new model.
• Strong retail knowledge in hardware/home and garden channels.
• Bunnings/Mitre 10 experience is advantageous.
• Experience growing sales in mature or seasonal categories with in-store wins.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Yates and Seasol field teams into a single national field sales unit.
• Translate plans into field priorities and deliver budgets and activation targets.
• Redesign coverage, cycles and territory deployment using data and insights.
• Move to data-led store calls supported by CRM tools and AI insights.
• Coach Regional Sales Managers and build succession pathways.
• Partner with account and channel teams to execute promotional activity.
• Lead forecasting, cycle planning and performance rhythms.
• Drive a safety-first culture in field operations.
• Represent the function in senior leadership discussions.
