Job summary

Recruitmark is partnering with an Australian-owned company that supplies and repairs precision surgical instruments across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the calm, organised centre of the sales office, turning enquiries into quotes, keeping the CRM honest, and assisting the marketing team as needed.

This is a genuine support role, not a sales-target job. You will be measured on accuracy, responsiveness and how much easier you make life for teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales support or similar office-based role.
• Organised to manage multiple quotes and enquiries without dropping items.
• Confident communicator on phone and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel/Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, well-presented quotes and proposals for the sales team, and follow up.
• Manage inbound enquiries by phone and email, triage and route to the right rep.
• Keep the CRM up to date: contacts, opportunities, pipeline notes and activity.
• Process orders and repair jobs, liaise with workshop and dispatch to fulfil promises.
• Prepare sales reports, price lists and customer information packs.
• Support marketing: coordinating email campaigns, updating website and social content.
• General office and sales administration – calendars, travel, supplier orders, and keeping the office running smoothly.
