Job summary

Australian Optimal Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an organized Sales & Supply Chain Support Administrator to join a dynamic team. The role involves coordinating new line submissions, retailer portal management, account administration and cross-functional collaboration across sales, supply chain and customer service.

The role reports to the Sales Manager and works with Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service and Key Retail Accounts to drive growth, maintain relationships and ensure smooth

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Independent worker who collaborates across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage new line submissions, product updates and retailer portal administration across major retail and pharmacy accounts.
• Coordinate product information, compliance documentation, packaging specifications and promotional submissions.
• Maintain wholesaler and customer account data, including vendor maintenance and product databases.
• Act as the key liaison between customers, supply planning, logistics and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory performance, DIFOT metrics and customer order fulfilment.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activity, order management and delivery schedules.
• Manage freight, shipment tracking, returns processes and customer communications.
• Support export sales activities, including quotations, order processing, logistics coordination and forecasting.
• Provide account support across Amazon, pharmacy, healthcare and specialty retail channels.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse account performance and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support business projects, merchandising activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers and key internal stakeholders.
