Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for COREtec customers via phone and email.
• Process and manage flooring orders with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate international logistics and imports, liaising with freight forwarders and customs.
• Maintain visibility over order status, shipments, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee offline marketing materials distribution and show/event planning.
• Support office administration and daily operations.
