Job summary

Optimal Recruitment in Mona Vale, NSW, is seeking a highly organised Sales & Supply Chain Support Administrator. This permanent full-time role supports sales operations, key accounts and cross-team collaboration across retail, pharmacy, wholesale and export channels.

The role reports to the Sales Manager and involves product submissions, retailer portal management, data accuracy and proactive customer communication to drive growth and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales Support, Account Coordination, Customer Service, or Supply Chain Administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new line submissions, promotions, and retailer portal administration across major retail and pharmacy accounts.
• Maintain account data, vendor and product databases, and packaging specifications.
• Act as liaison between customers, supply planning, logistics and internal teams.
• Monitor stock availability, DIFOT metrics and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activity and delivery schedules.
• Manage freight, shipment tracking, and returns processes.
• Support export sales activities including quotations and logistics coordination.
• Provide account support across Amazon, pharmacy, healthcare and specialty channels.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze account performance.
• Support business projects and merchandising initiatives.
