Job summary

COREtec, a premium brand within Shaw Contract Australia & New Zealand, seeks a capable Supply Chain and Sales Advisor based in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for customers, oversee order processing, and coordinate overseas imports to keep product flow efficient.

In this role you will support key accounts across Australia and New Zealand, manage offline marketing orders and events, and contribute to ongoing supply chain improvements in a design-driven, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, logistics coordination or customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for COREtec customers via phone and email.
• Process and manage flooring orders with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate international logistics and imports with freight forwarders and customs.
• Maintain visibility over order status, shipment timelines, and delivery outcomes; escalate delays.
• Support key accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
• Oversee offline marketing materials distribution and events.
• Assist with office administration and daily operations.
