Job summary

COREtec, a premium brand within Shaw Contract Australia & New Zealand, seeks a capable Supply Chain and Sales Advisor to support operations in Sydney. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate overseas imports, and assist with key account management across Australia and New Zealand.

You will maintain accurate order and shipment records, oversee offline marketing materials, and coordinate events.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, logistics coordination, supply chain support, or customer service, preferably in flooring, interiors, or building materials.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail, especially in orders, shipments, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to coordinate across teams and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for COREtec customers via phone and email.
• Process and manage flooring orders with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate international logistics and imports with freight forwarders and customs agents.
• Maintain visibility over order status, shipment timelines, and delivery outcomes; escalate delays.
• Collaborate with operations managers for key accounts in Australia and New Zealand.
• Reconcile order, delivery, and shipment data for accurate reporting.
• Oversee distribution of offline marketing materials and manage inventory.
• Plan COREtec-branded events such as trainings, showroom activations, and trade shows.
• Support general office administration and daily operations.
